Suggested verbiage for speaker invitations
On behalf of the organizing committee, I am writing to invite you to speak at the 13th International mRNA Health Conference (https://www.mrna-conference.com/) to be held in Berlin (Germany) on Nov 11 – 13, 2025.
The International mRNA Health Conference is a yearly non-profit event collaboratively organized by Moderna, CureVac and BioNTech. It brings together academic and industry thought leaders in the mRNA design and delivery space to explore the rapidly evolving science, business and regulatory landscape of mRNA medicines. Over the last eleven years, this conference has become the premier destination for industry and academic professionals to network with colleagues, learn about the latest advances in mRNA technology, and to attend scientific presentations given by the most esteemed experts in the field. Notably, it is the only annual conference dedicated solely to mRNA-based medicines.
Building on the success of our hybrid meetings in the past three years, the conference will continue this format and have onsite as well as online attendees.
We think that conference attendees will be very interested to hear about your recent work on XXX.
If you accept our invitation, we are happy to waive your registration fee and cover all reasonable travel expenses (accommodation at the conference hotel and (economy) coach airfare or train tickets).
We sincerely hope that you will join us. We look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
